Every day you see people hurting – those who have lost a job, lost a loved one, going through divorce or battling with illness. Stephen Ministers are God’s representatives who bring His love to those who are hurting. They are not counselors nor can they fix the problem, but they can listen and be there.

The core teaching for a Stephen Minister is:
“Christ is the curegiver and the Stephen Minister is the caregiver.”

Our congregation’s Stephen Ministry equips lay people to provide confidential, one-to-one Christian care to individuals in our congregation and community who are experiencing difficulties in their lives.
